Downtown Historic Stuart’s luxury waterfront condominium, Seminole Bluff is being created by John J. Doyle, a third generation professional builder who has developed more than one hundred million square feet of high-end residential, retail and resort properties from Washington D.C. to Key Largo.  Notable Florida projects include:  Jackson Tower, Las Olas, Ft. Lauderdale,  Atlanta’s Galleria Doubletree, Wyndham Bristol, Washington D.C. and the Radisson Twin Towers, Orlando.

“I proudly take after my grandfather, who founded J&M Doyle Construction in Erie Pennsylvania during the 1930’s. I learned every aspect of the building business, but most importantly, how to focus on quality and delivering value to my buyers and tenants.”

The John J. Doyle Development companies’ commitment to excellence has resulted in repeat business with many of America’s leading companies including:  Hilton, Wyndham, Doubletree, Marriott, Radisson, Coca-Cola,  AT&T, IBM,  Federal Express, American Airlines, Delta Airlines, and many more.

“I am bullish on the Treasure Coast of South Florida, and my wife and I are smitten with the people and the charm of Stuart and Hobe Sound, says Doyle. Doyle is currently developing a number of unique new real estate projects in Martin County.

Seminole Bluff is the premier ultra-luxury waterfront condominium within Historic Downtown Stuart. Site work has begun. When completed the private community will include only twenty grand waterfront residences located within walking distance to Stuart’s finest restaurants, green market and arts scene.

The recently opened Hobe Sound Station offers high end-retail and restaurant space serving Jupiter Island and Hobe Sound.  Its first tenants include: Hydrangea Coffee and Flower Shop; and Mrs. Peter’s Smokehouse and Whiskey Room.

In the planning stages are The Atlantic Hobe Sound, a community of luxury homes, and The Jensen Beach Fishing Village.

“Seminole Bluff is going to add a wonderful element of luxury to Stuart’s wonderful historic waterfront.  In return, its resident’s will benefit from a “walk to everything” lifestyle steps from the Lyric Theatre, great restaurants, and the downtown arts and cultural scene,” said Doyle, “Hobe Sound Station will quickly become a fun destination shopping plaza—Hydrangea is a “must see” combination flower and coffee shop that is truly unique.”
